Was looking forward to this show. I don’t have any of Stu Hamm’s solo recordings but have GHS 1 thru 3 with Frank Gambale and Steve Smith. His bass playing on those recordings is amazing. I was expecting the same tonight but was surprised that it was more of a bass wizardry show. He did a lot of bass chords with bass melody on top. First 2 songs were Stu solo and then Kenny came out. Kenny plays with Brand X and Percy Jones and Chris Clark came to the show. This was the first time I saw Alex Skolnick who definitely lived up to his hype. All in all, another great Iridium show.
